All bolts, nuts, and washers included in the assembly kit
Position the windshield frame onto the front of the vehicle chassis.
Align the pre-drilled mounting holes on the frame with the corresponding holes on the chassis.
Insert the 10mm bolts through the frame and chassis, then tighten them with a socket wrench.
Ensure the frame is level and securely fastened.
Lift the canopy support frame and align it with the mounting points on the windshield frame and vehicle body.
Secure the support frame using the provided 13mm bolts.
Tighten all bolts gradually in a crisscross pattern to ensure even pressure and a stable structure.
Locate the designated mounting area for the wiper motor on the inside of the windshield frame.
Secure the motor to the frame using the included screws.
Connect the motor’s wiring harness to the vehicle’s main electrical system, following the color-coded instructions in your manual.
Test the motor by activating the wiper switch to ensure it moves smoothly.
Carefully place the canopy onto the support frame.
Align the canopy’s mounting brackets with the holes on the support frame.
Secure the canopy with the provided bolts and washers.
Double-check all connections to ensure the canopy is watertight and rattle-free.
Position the front bumper onto the front chassis, aligning it with the mounting brackets.
Insert the bolts through the bumper and chassis, then tighten them with a socket wrench.
Torque the bolts to the manufacturer’s recommended specification (typically 25–30 Nm) for a secure fit.
Go back and check all bolts and connections to ensure they are tight.
Verify that the wiper motor operates correctly and the wiper arm clears the windshield properly.
Confirm the canopy and bumper are securely mounted and free of movement.
